• Mr. Vishnu Garg - Mr. Garg is a commerce graduate and fellow chartered accountant from ICAI, New Delhi. He has also passed C.W.A. intermediate examination, with rank, conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Mr. Garg has a broad background in finance working for number of companies in diverse areas undertaking numerous professional assignments in finance, management & accountancy. These multi-purpose talents have facilitated him to draw a path to big achievements.

He has deep knowledge preparation of budgets, managing fund flow, monitoring budgets & analysis of MIS reports, Supervision and finalization of accounts, Liasioning with banks for fund and non-fund based limits and forex matters, Liasioning with RBI for approvals like foreign equity participation, collaboration agreements and special purpose approvals, Formation of OCB, tax planning for foreign investment in view of DTA's, RBI approval for OCB investment and disinvestments, Liasioning with DGFT for import license under EPCG scheme and for discharge of export obligation with DGFT and Customs. Negotiation of collaboration agreements with overseas companies and co-ordination with collaborators and overseas suppliers. His proficiency in the above mentioned exertion has made him one of the most needful members on the Board of Directors of Yash Management and Satellite Limited.
