She has done Ph.D. and submitted her thesis to the University of Mumbai under the guidance of Dr. Madhuri Sharon, Managing Director, Monad Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. and Adjunct Professor to Birla College. Her topic for Ph.D. is In vitro generation of roots and leaves of Curculigo orchioides and the effect of carbon nanotubes on these cells. Carbon nanomaterial for her research topic is supplied from Prof. Maheshwar Sharon's lab Prof. Emeritus CSIR. She has been taking the help of SAIF; IIT Mumbai for detection of nanometals from microbes. To her credit she has a number of publications.

She has also assisted Postgraduate students for project on Nanobiotechnology at Birla College and graduate students at Vikas College, for secondary metabolite estimation. As a part of her curriculum she has attended various national seminars, workshops and participated in them and won best paper award at Nanobiotech seminar, Hosur. To her account she has delivered lectures as a guest lecturer too. She has completed her Bachelor's degree in Microbiology with Biotechnology as a vocational subject from K.C.College, University of Mumbai. In the area of teaching she is affiliated to MES, Pillia College as a visiting faculty for Biotechnology and Bionanotechnology for PGDBtM students.

At YashNanotech she is been appointed as a Scientific Officer. Deepen knowledge about the subject is essential when working with nanotechnology related products; so she studies the market strength for the nanobiotech products and prepares technical and market opportunities report on a global scale for Nanotechnology. As a Scientific Officer she is responsible to cater overall knowledge of the product and its essentiality and scope in Indian Market.
