1.     Job Description:

 

General Manager

1.            Directly reporting to CEO

2.            Top Management & middle /lower staff, execute business plans as devised by top management.

3.            To act as a project manager-to identify land, erect factory building, procure plant & machinery, liaising with govt dept.

4.            Plan and supervise production and products.

5.            To play a role of Bussiness development manager. i.e finding overseas opportunities to build up its merchant division, to enquire, negotiate, import goods and sell in India.

6.            Co-ordinate business opportunities negotiate & maintain relations with suppliers & Contractors.

7.            HR Management

 

Required credentials may include (Qualification & profile)

General Manager

1.            A Bachelor’s degree and / or Masters Degree.

2.            Work experience in middle / top management for a minimum period of 5 years in relevant field.

2.  Job Description:

Marketing Manager

1.            Directly reporting to CEO

2.            Responsible for its marketing activities India and Overseas

3.            Device plans and execute for marketing strategies and selling projects in India and overseas.

4.            To act as one man team whose responsibilities for finding clients in depth survey from various sources, contacts with clients, educate them, sampling, feedback, sales and follow up activities.

5.            To supervise marketing department & staff

6.            To device/execute plan for brand building

7.            Plan and execute for conference / Seminars and business meetings.

8.            Directly deal with clients and personal visitors.

 

Required credentials may include (Qualification & profile)

Marketing Manager

1.            A Bachelor’s degree and / or Masters Degree.

2.            A Masters Degree in Bussiness administration (MBA) Marketing.

3.            Should possess excellent communication and inter personal marketing skills.

4.            Work experience in middle / top management for a minimum period of 5 years in relevant field.
