• Mr. Anurag Gupta - Anurag Gupta is the chairman and managing director of the company. He achieved his graduation degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, in 1982. He continued his academic career by gaining Associate membership in Chartered Accountancy from ICAI, New Delhi. Moving a step futhere he also attained Fellowship in Chartered Accountancy.

Mr. Gupta then engaged in promoting this company in the later half of 1993. Under the guidance of Mr. Gupta, the company has feathered many successes in its crown - its maiden IPO over subscribed more than 27 times, managed more than 32 public/right issues as a category one Merchant Banker and played major role in Indian financial and capital market.

Mr. Gupta has significant experience with early stage companies in business planning and strategy, portfolio management and investment analysis. Mr. Gupta not only has wide contacts in the field but also has a reputation for his business acumen. His ability to go deep into a subject before venturing into it has stood him in good stead. He is also a good judge of people and has ability to attract a pool of talent for the organization. He harnesses these competencies for the successful future business prospects of the company.

Though being a finance person he saw a great potential for Nanotechnology research and consultancy in India and to quench the thirst of this technology know-how he has traveled worldwide. Mr. Gupta is a foresighted person and has good relationships with the Government and Science community. His ultimate dream is to view YASHNANOTECH to the highest pinnacle in Nanotechnology dome.
